Abstract

According to the ILO World Report on Child Labour 2015, approximately 168 million children remain trapped in child labour, 75 million young people aged 15–24 years are unemployed, and many more are in jobs that fail to off er a fair income, security in the workplace, social protection, or other basic and decent work attributes.
